Lo bueno, es que es pet friendly! ? Por fuera no se ve cuidado pero por dentro es un lugar bonito que te da los servicios básicos , trato amable de su personal y alberca limpia lleno de plantas, y nos dejaron permanecer hasta tarde en la alberca, bien por el hotel !!! No tienen orden en sus llaves, me tuve que meter 3 veces por la ventana. Por qué me daban llaves incorrectas. El agua de su alberca está súper clorada. Pero el espacio y diseño del lugar está súper acogedor. Si mejoran lo malo, estaría súper bien It is located near the sea. We noticed several bad points. El mantenimiento de los baños pésimo, falla mucho el flujo de agua, mala señal de Internet, no existe reglamento en el hotel y los huéspedes hacen fiesta hasta altas horas de la madrugada, como las habitaciones son de madera se escuchan todos los ruidos. Nice place, but ... A	Alex Ramirez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es limpio, al llegar tuvimos problemas para activar el aire acondicionado, lo resolvieron los de recepción, era algo con la energía electrica tardaron más de una hora, y la habitación que me asignaron el baño se encharca cuabndo se usa la regadera, detalles que se pueden corregir, el trato de la s personas es muy amable y atento. Tienen venta de cervezas frías en recepción eso se agradece ya que no hay tiendas cerca. The place is clean, when we arrived we had problems activating the air conditioning, the reception solved it, it was something with the electric power it took more than an hour, and the room assigned to me the bathroom gets flooded when the shower is used, details that can be corrected, the treatment of the people is very friendly and attentive. Tiene una alberca al centro y las habitaciones en su contorno, amplio estacionamiento, cuenta con WiFi, cuenta con TV con cable y acceso a Netflix, se ve seguro y accesible, a unas dos cuadras de la playa. Lo que no nos gustó es que no cuenta con calefacción y a la regadera le faltaba limpieza, ya que el chorro de agua salia apenas y nunca hubo agua caliente como dicen, al igual la cerradura de la puerta del baño no servía. La atención es buena y amable, solo esos detalles en la habitación que nos tocó, un buen lugar y pintoresco para hospedarse y conocer las dunas de chachalacas que en definitiva son únicas. A nice and charming hotel, it is quiet and looks familiar. It has a pool in the center and the rooms around it, ample parking, it has WiFi, it has cable TV and access to Netflix, it looks safe and accessible, about two blocks from the beach. What we did not like is that it does not have heating and the shower lacked cleanliness, since the water jet barely came out and there was never hot water as they say, just as the lock on the bathroom door did not work. The attention is good and friendly, only those details in the room that we got, a good and picturesque place to stay and get to know the chachalacas dunes that are definitely unique.
