★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si necesitas ocupar el internet o las entradas de HDMI de la TV, mejor busca otra opción. el internet no llega a la habitación, y si llega es lentísimo, ni la página para ver la velocidad abre; respecto a las entradas HDMI son inaccesibles porque las pantallas tienen un marco de madera que apenas deja que llegue la señal del control remoto
El personal es amable, las habitaciones limpias y cómodas, el baño es pequeño y la regadera podría mejorar, pero es simple y básica, el restaurante es variado y con buen sazón, accesible en general, solo el detalle del internet, y debido a que en estos tiempos es indispensable tener una buena conexión y velocidad les dejo 3 estrellas. Podrían invertir un poco en este aspecto, parece que tienen el paquete básico de Infinitum para todo el hotel

El precio es adecuado pero por lo mismo debe mantener un buen mantenimiento.
Lo mencionaron en una reseña: LA REGADERA ESTA TAPADA y por lo mismo tarda en salir el agua caliente
Sugerencia: revisen primero como sale el agua y pidan que la limpien y destapen.
También deben revisar empaques de las llaves.
El lavabo estaba tapado porque se tardaba en ir el agua y por su forma y posición de la mezcladora, se escurre el agua.
La habitación que me tocó, debería tener mejor iluminación natural al igual que ventilación, hay como hacerlo
