A dos cuadras de la catedral estacionamiento pequeño en el hotel y otro estacionamiento a una cuadra para guardar el vehículo en la noche. There is no power outlet to charge cell phones, it is practically basic to get to sleep. Two blocks from the cathedral, there is a small parking lot at the hotel and another parking lot one block away to store the vehicle at night.

PERO ESA BUENA IMPRESION SE OPACO PORQUE DOS DE LAS TRES NOCHES QUE ESTUVIMOS NO TUVIMOS AGUA CALIENTE EN NUESTRA HABITACION, NOS OFRECIERON HACER USO DEL BAÑO DE OTRAS HABITACIONES PERO FUE LO MISMO. FUE MUY INCOMODO PARA MI FAMILIA. VERY GOOD ATTENTION FROM THE RECEPTION STAFF, THE MISS AND TWO OF HER COLLEAGUES FROM OTHER SHIFTS. BUT THAT GOOD IMPRESSION BECAME OPAQUE BECAUSE TWO OF THE THREE NIGHTS WE STAYED WE DIDN'T HAVE HOT WATER IN OUR ROOM, WE WERE OFFERED TO USE THE BATHROOM IN OTHER ROOMS BUT IT WAS THE SAME. IT WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE FOR MY FAMILY.

B	Benjamin Bucher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gefühlt 1000 kleine Fliegen im Zimmer, auch mitten in der Nacht ist es sehr hell im Zimmer (weil die Glas-Türen keinen Vorhang haben), die Dusche und weiteres im Badezimmer ist schmutzig, das Wasser tröpfelt nur, es hat kein warmes Wasser, das Gitter im kleinen Fenster ist defekt (so kommen wohl alle Fliegen rein), die einzige brauchbare Steckdose ist oberhalb der Tür, den Vorhang an einem weiteren Fensterchen kann man nicht schliessen, das Licht im Zimmer ist sehr grell (Neonröhre), die Kissen sind sehr hart (das Bett sonst ist angenehm), allgemein soll renoviert werden! Dies bezieht sich vor allem aufs Zimmer 11. Am liebsten hätte ich null Sterne gegeben. Immerhin hat sich das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal einen Stern verdient. Feels like 1000 small flies in the room, even in the middle of the night it is very bright in the room (because the glass doors have no curtains), the shower and other things in the bathroom are dirty, the water just drips, it has no warm water, that The grille in the small window is broken (that's how all flies get in), the only usable socket is above the door, the curtain on another window cannot be closed, the light in the room is very bright (neon tube), the pillows are very strong hard (the bed is otherwise comfortable), generally to be renovated! This applies especially to room 11. I would have loved to give zero stars. After all, the friendly and helpful staff has earned a star.
