S	Sam Rock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruido en todas las habitaciones, llaves y puertas viejas y obsoletas, en el baño hay un letrero que mas bien parece una amenaza si haces "mal uso de las toallas e instalaciones" lo cual me parece de súper mal gusto. Un hotel que exige a sus clientes de forma grosera cuando ni siquiera cuentan con los servicios básicos como agua caliente. Terrible lugar Noise in all rooms, keys and old and obsolete doors, in the bathroom there is a sign that rather seems a threat if you "misuse the towels and facilities" which I think is super bad taste. A hotel that requires its customers rudely when they do not even have basic services such as hot water. Terrible place
M	Monthze on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, cobraron extra por incluir más toallas y colchonetas y no las llevaron, dijeron que no sabías con quien se hizo el trato, después dijeron que las habían llevado y al final dijeron que la persona encargada de eso no estaba y al final no resolvieron nada, la puerta de la regadera estaba quebrada y el agua se salía hasta la habitación, lo reportamos y tampoco hicieron nada y al final cobraron extra por lo que nunca llegó. ?? Bad service, they charged extra for including more towels and mats and did not take them, they said you did not know who the deal was made with, then they said they had taken them and in the end they said that the person in charge of that was not there and in the end they did not resolve nothing, the shower door was broken and the water went out to the room, we reported it and they did nothing and in the end they charged extra for what never came. ??
A	Alejandro Castillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, llegamos 6 p.m. y no había agua caliente, reportamos y dijeron que eran paneles solares como estuvo nublado no calentaba, esperamos al siguiente día y nada, pedimos el reembolso y no había algún encargado que nos atendiera solo x telefono, después de mentarle la madre literalmente accedió a darme el 60 % de los 2 días ya pagados previamente, el encargado es un tal don yeyo, y me arruinó 1 día completo de vacaciones a mi y mi familia, eso si no se salvo de sus mentadas de progenitora, repito todo fue x teléfono. Asco de hotel......... Terrible service, we arrived 6 p.m. and there was no hot water, we reported and they said it was solar panels as it was cloudy it did not heat, we waited for the next day and nothing, we asked for the refund and there was no manager who would attend us only by phone, after telling her the mother literally agreed to give me 60% of the 2 days already paid in advance, the manager is a certain Don Yeyo, and he ruined 1 full day of vacation for me and my family, that if he did not save from his parents, I repeat everything was by phone. Hotel disgust .........

Hotel en mal estado, no te ofrecen shampoo o secador de cabello, únicamente un jabón rosa Venus. Horrible experiencia Terrible service, condition the bill to an absurd price increase. They don't tell you where the parking lot is until you pay (they only accept cash). Hotel in poor condition, they do not offer you shampoo or hair dryer, only a pink Venus soap. Horrible experience

No reserven aquí, parece muy limpio pero esta demasiado sucio y muy mal servicio, a parte el dueño no quería hacer cambio o reembolsar el dinero. THERE ARE BUGS IN THE BED, A CHIGO!
