★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such high hopes since a past visit to this hotel with it's lovely looking pool and lawn, but was so let down. I found out that a lot of nearby people get rooms recreationally... That's fine but not when said people keep you up all night with live music, screaming children, and borderline domestic violence between couples (and the walls are paper thin). The hotel did the bare minimum to try and resolve the problem; would not recommend.

Theres a restraunt and bar ..excellent food ..the staff were very helpful and kind

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am attending a convention at this hotel and my first impression it was very favorable the staff was extremely helpful and the facility is very adequate. I tried to make a reservation for the hotel but they were absolutely booked up. Perhaps next time. I think this is a good option when staying in San Luis Potosi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The exterior is beautiful and clean. The rooms were spacious. The downside I found was the pillows. It seemed that they flipped the pillow to appear clean. It had hair on the other side. It was also quite noisy since the hotel is in-front of a main street and kept us up at night. The shower water was confusing to use. It would be super hot and we couldn’t keep it warm when turning the cold water. It needs some updating in the room to be honest. Other than that, it wasn’t too bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in a very clean room here six months ago where the spa tub didn’t work. And given that I was still happy to return. But the room I was given this stay was dirty and in poor physical condition. A sharp transition board on the floor broken, flooring warped and small things in poor condition for a hotel of this rating. I asked for another room and it was about the same. Won’t return unless I pay for the best room available. People for the most part are fantastic and friendly.
