Las colchas tenían cabellos de los huéspedes anteriores! y en la regadera figuraba un jabón con pelos! TERRIBLE, pedimos nuestro reembolso y se mofaron de nosotros, dijeron que que esperábamos de un hotel de dos estrellas? que si queríamos algo bueno nos fuéramos a un Holliday Inn o el One... Fue precisamente lo que hicimos por $300 pesos de diferencia... Este hotel y su personal es el más asqueroso en el que me he hospedado por $400 pesos. Digo, se entiende que no iba a ser un hotel de lujo por la tarifa, pero mínimo limpio! No recomendado. Supongo que la calificación de 3.8 estrellas que tiene es el resultado de sus familiares y amigos escribiendo reseñas de 5 estrellas para levantarles un poco la reputación ya que les comenté que haría una publicación al respecto y se burlaron diciendo "ya estamos acostumbrados a esto oiga".
