Very hard mattress, horrible pillows, bathroom without a door that caused a wet spot everywhere, the T.V. fatal, bad wi-fi signal, in short .. terrible experience ..., the only redeemable thing was the customer service from the staff ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es bueno el hotel, buenas camas y colchas bien afelpadas ya q hace mucho frío ?. Muy recomendable y sobre todo q esta en el centro y queda todo muy cerca como bancos cajeros comida etc etc
The hotel is good, good beds and plush bedspreads since it is very cold ?. Highly recommended and especially that it is in the center and everything is very close like banks, cash machines, food, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, agua caliente la tienes que solicitar en recepción, internet deficiente casi nulo le comentas y se molestan, al dejar la habitación la revisan como si la hubieran dañado quitando tiempo si llevas prisa ya que no te dejan salir.
Terrible service, hot water you have to request at reception, almost zero deficient internet, you comment and get annoyed, when you leave the room they check it as if it had been damaged, taking time away if you are in a hurry since they do not let you leave.

Lo Bueno: Su ubicacion
Lo más o menos: Habitacion 110 faltaba puerta en la regadera y se hacia un charco de agua, pocos insumos para 2 dnoches dejaron solo 1 botella de shampoo 1 de acondicionador y 1 Jabón, en otros hotel proporcionan uno por noche.

The Good: Its location
More or less: Room 110 was missing a door in the shower and there was a puddle of water, few supplies for 2 nights, they left only 1 bottle of shampoo, 1 conditioner and 1 soap, in other hotels they provide one per night.

The hotel is clean, even the smallest room has the necessary facilities, from a new Samsung TV to a stocked bathroom, and the beds were very comfortable, also.
10/10 would come here again!
