★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is great, breakfast menu average and tastless for me, the rooms are good and average size, the only thing that I'm hating the most is the bathtub curtains, they are annoying and won't let you enjoy your shower!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice resort style spot hidden in the city. Beautiful pool and outdoor area, spacious clean rooms, well maintained and friendly staff. If you want to be in the city but feel like you’re on a nice retreat this is your spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is NOT a 4 star hotel. Looks nice from the outside, but the rooms are in need of updating. Crappy pillows, no blankets (only the polyester bed cover), no bathroom amenities. Good A/C and nice pool. Restaurant is average. A very mediocre hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, comfortable, quiet, relaxing hotel with plenty of outdoor space around the pool to get some sun while watching couples swim and kids play on the water slides. The restaurant had excellent service with food that was okay. The hotel is associated with the best gym in town, which is very well equipped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay at. It had comfy beds and great pools for the kids. There is an amazing gym and many exotic things around the hotel. Should definitely stay here if you love Mexican culture and food. The hotel is near many shops and is close to nearby festivals going on in Colima.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entire time we couldn't get room service. If we ordered uber eats, we had to go downstairs to the lobby even in the rain. No blow dryer. Mattresses are hard and tons of noise can be heard from outside coming in.
