★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel y el Personal son Agradables, pero tengo que hacer Mención de lo Negativo, y es que en su Área de Alberca hay 4 hamacas muy cómodas y a la Sombra, Pero esa Zona está infestada de Hormigas Rojas y se nota que el personal de Mantenimiento y Limpieza no atienden el Problema y no lavan el piso de esas áreas ni tampoco Fumigan; Creo que por lo menos deberían de poner un Aviso del Riesgo que corren ahí sus Huéspedes. No quiero pensar que una persona Alérgica se vea atacada por los Bichos Mencionados. Ojalá y que se Atienda el Problema.
The hotel and the Staff are Pleasant, but I have to mention the Negative, and that is that in its Pool Area there are 4 very comfortable hammocks and in the Shade, But that Area is infested with Red Ants and it shows that the Maintenance staff and Cleaning do not attend to the Problem and do not wash the floor of those areas nor do they Fumigate; I think they should at least put a Notice of the Risk that their Guests run there. I do not want to think that an Allergic person is attacked by the Mentioned Bugs. Hopefully the problem is taken care of.
