r	rafael r a on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ el hotel esta bonito pero su personal que esta en la tarde no esta capacitado, es una persona que no sabe atender le preguntamos algo y nunca nos resolvio, me dijo que no habia problema de poner mi carro en un lugar que era unico que se encontraba y en la mañana sin tantita educacion y respeto fue a tocar mi puerta practicamente azotando teniendo a nuestra bebe se espanto y no dejaba de llorar, eso no se me hizo respetable de su parte , y cuando sali para hablar con el y reclamarle ya se habia ido, la chica tuvo que resolver el problema y fue la unica que pidio disculpas. the hotel is nice but its staff that is in the afternoon is not trained, it is a person who does not know how to attend we asked him something and he never solved us, he told me that there was no problem putting my car in a place that was unique and in the morning, without much education and respect, he went to knock on my door, practically whipping us with our baby, he was scared and wouldn't stop crying, that didn't seem respectable on his part, and when I went out to talk to him and claim him, he had already gone gone, the girl had to solve the problem and was the only one who apologized.

The cost is reasonable and you can ask for a place to have a party or reunion at the top floor, where they have an area designed for that, with kitchen and bathrooms. It has no smoking area but you can smoke ouside your room, it has no disabled people access but you can stay at the first floor.
