Great hotel and staff! The staff are so kind, respectful, and hospitable. Covid measures are in place but not too intrusive or limiting that guests cannot relax and enjoy. We were able to enjoy the place and warm weather with top-notch service. Great food, lots of amenities, and tons of activities to do. It's like a utopia.

Overall this place is amazing for an all inclusive. The staff is what makes it shine. Attentive, friendly, and accommodating. Food was good, spa was incredible, grounds were immaculate. Only complaint was the pool temp..we were there in Dec and the water was too cold to swim in. Barely anyone could swim for longer than 10 minutes, and being a major entertainment option for families, it is a small drawback.

Great place to have your tropical vacation! The staff is friendly, the resort is clean and well kept. And the buffets and restaurants have amazing food! I would love to stay here again. One thing that I would recommend to the owners would be to serve snacks by the pools and hot tubs. A little bit of guacamole goes a long way! I found myself drinking a lot to keep myself full!

The resort is very nice. The staff is friendly, professional, and accommodating. The food and drinks are delicious. The large infinity pool that looks out into the ocean is heavenly (my personal favorite)!!! They have interesting activities every day, and performances every night. The enormous amount of seaweed on the beach was a little disappointing, but that is nature, and it is beyond their control to a point. They do the best they can to remove a lot of it daily.

We were booked into a junior suite which gave us complete ocean view set back but the complete ocean view. The food in all the fine dining restaurants plus the buffets was more than adequate we absolutely enjoyed every dining experience. The room was large with a king size bed and a couch to sit on. We had a beautiful big bathroom with a wonderful shower head and pressure. We did not use the TV as it was mainly in Spanish, it does not accommodate a fire stick if you bring it from home. I would say the downside of our stay was you must pay for your Internet.. every device must have a weekly rental on it. I don't think it really matters who you are you still pay. The waiters at the beach with our drinks we're chop chop all the time! You are not allowed any food outside of a restaurant with there was no poolside food service. The front desk and the concierge were more than helpful at any time period. Although the fine dining restaurants are spread over 3 actual properties they have extended golf carts to take you where you need to go. It was a wonderful experience and we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The staff here are exceptional! So kind and accommodating and always with smiling eyes behind their masks. Please treat them with respect as they fully deserve it. Covid safety measures in effect yet still relaxing to guests. Definitely recommend if you want to relax and get away from "regular life". This place is like a palace, the rooms are cleaned to a high standard, the gardens are equally beautiful. The night shows are a nice treat, my favorite was the Elvis show (he is so energetic and sounds like the Legend Himself). Also amazing was the Broadway show! Excellent dancers and costumes. (I would recommend getting a screen for them to change costumes behind though) Food is plentiful and delicious. Dine in restaurants are included with the all inclusive package, and are really nice for a dress up date night. (Not limited to how many nights you can book! )

We loved our stay here in January. The staff treated us so well and took care of every detail. We loved the coffee shop and the lunch buffet with the pork tacos was delicious. We were really there just to sit outside and get away from the Wisconsin weather and the pandemic for a bit. We mostly stayed at the resort and I’m not an expert on travel in Cancun or Mexico, but for us this place was excellent. Other reviewers seem to have had a very different experience because we found the whole place to be completely relaxing and every little detail had been considered for us. It’s exactly the peaceful escape we needed.

I found this resort to be very average. The price point was good so we booked. When we arrived the front desk was very nice and resort aesthetically it looked beautiful. The food was good not great. The room service was room service. Don’t expect much but does the job for those late night cravings. The lunch court was good though. Had a lot of items to choose from and tasted good as well. The restaurants on site were decent. The beach was kinda small. There were activities that we liked like sand soccer and volleyball. The pools were nice and had small jump as well. The resort had chess and pickle ball as well if your not planning on leaving resort. All in all good place for family. If you made it this far only thing I was disappointed about was they promised us butler and we did not get one to coordinate some of our activities as premium members and there toilet paper I think was one ply maybe 2 but was very thin couldn’t tell. I would come back with family.
