Good location, pool is good, could have been great with warm water, staffs are very friendly, rooms are spacious

Good rooms with nice views of the marina or the pool area (pools are really nice) . Very close to the beach and quick to get to the town’s downtown. If you are going to eat at the restaurant or the bar there, be ready to wait for a long time; the service is very slow. Also, bring your towels, the hotel has a towel service but they run out of towels and they don’t loan towels after 6 pm.

Very comfortable and quite authentic MX. Not many English speaking staff but we got everything we needed. Pool area beautiful. Great location. For the price, great place to stay.

OMG!! What should I say good about this place?? Ok let see: it was very clean?, employees very friendly & helpful?, the pools were ok, the rooms was good not so much the mattress? but ooh well, it was a big deal every time we ask for fresh towels???, we had only one time breakfast there not good and expensive?, they are trying to sell you some kind of timeshare but honestly before that the should work at their facility that was the reason I didn't sign up..

Terrible service. Front staff annoyed at every ask. Asking for payment if sheets got dirty. Breakfast restaurant works whenever they want to. Pictures are of the beach club and not of the actual hotel

Our first time to this hotel. After making the reservation I read the reviews and almost canceled. The negative comments were very discouraging. But we decided what the hell we could always leave. Very happy we didn't go by the reviews. The staff have been very attentive and helpful. The room is clean and the air conditioning works great. The beach club access is very pleasant with great service. Yes it's in the marina area, thus the name of the hotel. The hotel has been around a long time and probably has a lot of history. We were given a room on the top floor but asked the next day for a lower floor and was given one. Yes no elevator. Breakfast was very good. Service could have been a bit better. The price and location are what drew us here. We will return and recommend it to others.

Do not drink here, do not eat here and definitely do not stay here! This place has not been updated for a long time. Mattresses are the worst, no refrigerator or coffee machine, super small showers and really big cockroaches! Nobody speaks a word of English and staff is not helpfull.

Not happy with these accommodations. Upon entering our room, the bathroom was flooded. Then they came and fixed it and we came back from dinner and it leaked again. My husband ended up fixing it. Your key for the room is what allows the room to have power, so when you leave, The AC doesn’t stay on. takes a long time for your room to cool down. It is very uncomfortable after a day of being in the sun. There is no fridge or coffee pot. The pools were dirty and no parking.
