★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo no vuelvo es descuidado el lugar, no hay vigilancia ni nadie en recepción huele todo a humedad la alberca es un congelador no se para que la ponen si estará helada igual que la regadera nada de agua caliente que en las regaderas parece vecindad todos tieme
 Terrible, I do not return, the place is neglected, there is no surveillance and no one at the reception smells all musty the pool is a freezer I don't know why they put it if it will be frozen like the shower no hot water that in the showers seems to be a neighborhood everyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuartos limpios y amplios. El hotel es viejo pero el área verde y la alberca están bien cuidados. 2 estrellas porque en frente hay salón de eventos y el ruido es terrible. No puedes dormir. No hay restaurante.
Clean and spacious rooms. The hotel is old but the green area and the pool are well maintained. 2 stars because in front there is an events room and the noise is terrible. You can not sleep. There is no restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lo recomiendo nada nada pésimo el servicio, primero me encontré cucarachas, segundo la alberca sucia, no hay servicio al cuarto, me dieron una almohada buen delgada éramos 3 y al final bueno 1 almohada pedimos y que no podían dar más, no hay vigilancia dejan el portón abierto sin nadie a cargo hasta las 3 am, pedí toallas y me dieron solo una y la otra que mi hijo pidió se la dieron sucia y manchada, el día que nos retiramos teníamos planes de ir a desayunar y me dejaron una hora y pico en el baño sin agua caliente, y según lo solucionaron y el agua seguía bien helada, nos hicieron perder el desayuno, yo le tuve que ir sin peinar ni maquillar por sus descuidos creo no se vale y aparte no dan shampoo,
I do not recommend anything at all terrible the service, first I found cockroaches, secondly the dirty pool, there is no room service, they gave me a good thin pillow there were 3 of us and in the end well 1 pillow we asked and they could not give more, there is no surveillance They leave the gate open without anyone in charge until 3 am, I asked for towels and they gave me only one and the other one that my son asked for they gave him dirty and stained, the day we left we had plans to go to breakfast and they left me an hour and peak in the bathroom without hot water, and as they fixed it and the water was still very cold, they made us miss breakfast, I had to go without combing or putting on makeup because of his carelessness I think it is not worth it and apart from that they do not give shampoo,

Únicamente no hubo agua caliente en la regadera,servicio de recepción no es todo el tiempo,para que lo tengan contemplado o lo revisen antes de su llegada
Excellent place, very friendly.
There was only no hot water in the shower, reception service is not all the time, so that they have it contemplated or check it before their arrival

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Marjaba for a wedding party. The garden is nice but it was raining and even though the whole venue was covered, the grass went all muddy and everyone's shoes and dresses were covered in mud. Place is lovely though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly staff, recently fully remodeled! It has a great kitchenette with a stove, microwave and great spacious refrigerator coffee maker etc, I believe among all of the options in Cuernavaca this property is the best! BTW it is located at one of the most quiet spots in Cuernavaca and 2 wonderful luxury restaurants are just in 2 minutes walking distance, fully recommended!
