Cómo estaba viendo un partido en la tv de recepción el OGT le quitó el volumen ala tv

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buenas habitaciones, el aire acondicionado fallaba, no tienen cable (básico para ser hotel) tampoco tenían repetidor ni router para wifi, solo tenias wifi en planta baja (también básico) nos quedamos 5 días y al parecer solo hicieron 2 veces la habitación (desconozco la razón), el recepcionista (parecido a Konan) muy prepotente, con poco tacto, nos discrimino pensando q no podríamos pagar habitación en temporada alta, muy mal servicio por parte de el, excelente hubicacion, a una calle de zona de bares,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel es nuevo, tienen habitaciones nuevas y amplias. El wifi no es bueno no llega al segundo piso.
La atención en recepción de algunas personas es mala, son groseros y nada tolerantes.
Me hospede 3 noches en el hotel y no me permitieron quedarme una hora en la piscina en la salida en lo que salía mi autobús, mientras que yo sí tuve que pagar y esperar una hora a qué me dieran la habitación.
The hotel is new, they have new and spacious rooms. The wifi is not good it does not reach the second floor.
The reception attention of some people is bad, they are rude and not at all tolerant.
I stayed 3 nights at the hotel and they didn't allow me to stay an hour in the pool at the time my bus left, while I did have to pay and wait an hour for the room to be given to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un hotel súper nuevo y cómodo, las instalaciones muy bonitas. La alberca está bien porque puedes nadar sin problema a comparación de las que parecen chapoteaderos grandes. Le quito una estrella porque siempre que voy pago habitación para 4 y solamente dan 2 toallas??? Deberían de darte las 4 y la actitud de los de recepción no siempre es la mejor. El estacionamiento aún está en construcción, ojalá pronto lo terminen. Está en buena ubicación, de antros y Playa.
A super new and comfortable hotel, very nice facilities. The pool is fine because you can swim without a problem compared to those that look like large wading pools. I take away a star because every time I go I pay for a room for 4 and they only give 2 towels??? They should give you 4 and the attitude of the receptionists is not always the best. The parking lot is still under construction, hopefully it will be finished soon. It is in a good location, clubs and beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La habitación es amplia pero muy simple, le hace falta por lo menos que pongan una mesa con dos sillas porque no hay lugar para poner las cosas y todo lo tienes que poner en el suelo; a pesar que no está ubicado sobre la costera, el hotel tiene una vista impresionante, pero para una habitación para seis personas solo te dan 3 toallas, no hay agua caliente y la presión de la regadera es muy poca y no te puedes bañar bien. El estacionamiento está muy feo, aún no está terminado y hay mucho escombro y suciedad y caben muy pocos autos. En todo el hotel se va la luz, nos pasó tres veces durante la noche y se escucha absolutamente todo, si buscas privacidad no la vas a tener porque vas a escuchar los gritos, llantos y risas de la habitación de a lado.
The room is spacious but very simple, it needs at least a table with two chairs because there is no place to put things and you have to put everything on the floor; Although it is not located on the coast, the hotel has an impressive view, but for a room for six people they only give you 3 towels, there is no hot water and the shower pressure is very low and you cannot take a good bath. The parking lot is very ugly, it is not finished yet and there is a lot of rubble and dirt and very few cars fit. The power goes out throughout the hotel, it happened to us three times during the night and you can hear absolutely everything, if you are looking for privacy you will not have it because you will hear the screams, cries and laughter from the room next door.
