★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instalaciones en proceso de construcción, no cuenta con servicio y atención deficiente o nula, un toque grocero por el joven que mandaron a atender.
Se ve que serán de buena calidad y con detalles históricos muy buenos.
No lo recomiendo por el momento.

Lo bueno, un muchacho de nombre Luis que atiende en el turno de noche...muy amable en sus atenciones.
Rate too high for what it is; There is no pool, the room does not have a telephone, the TV did not have cable to connect it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Padrísimo lugar, único y con gran historia! Ahora bajo la administración del dueño de hacienda del Perote le veo un gran futuro a este lugar. Ya conocí el área de restaurante y les está quedando divina la restauración del casco de la hacienda que va contar con cuartos decorados con muy buen estilo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aunque el lugar es muy bonito, el servicio fue pésimo. El joven que estaba a cargo no tiene ni idea de servicio y se portó muy grosero, prepotente y cero empático. La verdad no lo recomiendo, pagas demasiado para recibir ese trato.
Although the place is very nice, the service was lousy. The young man in charge has no idea of service and was very rude, pushy and zero empathetic. I really do not recommend it, you pay too much to receive that treatment.
