Being woken up at the middle of the night by howling monkeys is an experience you'll never forget! The pool is divine with the ambient heat and the restaurant offers a great variety of food, veg and non veg.

M	Michael Stanton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here 17 years ago and it was a very warm family run place with a relaxed atmosphere, if not a bit rough round the edges. I return all these years later to find it has been upgraded a lot, there are now more cabins and better amenities, but the vibe from the staff is much more impersonal, and really not so friendly... I feel they are trying to appeal to a higher class with more money but have have lost a lot of the soul they had before, which is especially evident from the terrible musac they play in the restaurant all day. However, the saving grace is the excellent music from Clara and Pedro who play in the restaurant most nights. They really are two wonderful people with a lot of spirit and talent. The food is pretty good, but it is a bit overpriced in my opinion. The location is absolutely stunning. The countryside all around is just paradisiacal!
a	aadi vvenus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to recomand this hotel, which is the closest to the agricultre zone and the peramids. it has nice resturant with good wifi and the maintainance of this place is great. it is in the jungle and to sleep here is like sleeping in a zoo, with lots of animals outside, but you are the one who is caged ? I dont recomand sleeping in this road in any hotel if you are asmatic or sensitive to smells, better to take a room in the city because of the mold smell from the humidity on the wooden metarials. There are 500$ pesos private rooms in this hotel with a shared bathroom and shower, it is in the best location, right on the pool. 4 rooms, which number 15 is the best. the bed is decent and eccept from the smell, it really worth the price. hot water, good stream. no complains. see pictures.
P	Puuluu Wayan Woodduck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room cost 1000. Smell of chemical from bathroom was too strong to rest in the room. Smoking is not prohibited in the dining area. It is close to the ruins on foot but it is a long walk. It is better to stay in nice hotel in palenque and take a correctivo to the ruin for day trip. One thumb up was rare experience of hearing hauling monkeys in the deep dark jungle at night.
