Cometí el error de pedir habitación donde no transitara mucha gente, porque nos ha tocado llegar a hoteles y los demás huéspedes haciendo un ruiderazo. Nos mandaron justo al ala que da frente a la central de autobuses y toda la noche un ruiderazo terrible de los camiones, se oía como trabajos de construcción a altas horas de la noche, bueno una pesadilla. Creo que si el señor que nos atendió nos hubiera dicho que era un ruido intolerable en esa ala no hubiésemos decidido quedarnos ahí. Las chicas de recepción, por cierto muy pasivas, no amables, pero tampoco groseras. Como un trato muy equis y desganado. Limpio sí, amplio sí. The price is adequate. L	Laura Cruz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sirve el teléfono y la televisión de las recámaras es muy pequeña, de las antiguas donde no se distinguen ni las imágenes, por la noche nos quedamos sin agua caliente, por la mañana de plano no tuvimos agua ni en el lavabo y ni para usar el sanitario, obvio salimos sin bañarnos. Precios caros considerando los pésimos servicios y que las recámaras no cuentan con aire acondicionado. Busquen otro hotel!!! The telephone does not work and the television in the bedrooms is very small, one of the old ones where not even the images can be distinguished, at night we were left without hot water, in the morning we plainly did not have water in the sink or to use the toilet, obviously we went out without bathing. Expensive prices considering the terrible services and that the bedrooms do not have air conditioning. Find another hotel!!!

Si tienen abanicos de techo pero son insuficientes para el calor que hace.una remodelacion/modernizacion a las habitaciones le vendria de maravilla.la atención del personal muy bien. Precios accesibles.bien ubicado el hotel,está frente a la terminal de autobuses. El estacionamiento es muy amplio,incluso caben camionetas de 3.5 Tons. sin problema. Si regresaría nuevamente. The rooms do not have air conditioning. They do have ceiling fans but they are insufficient for the heat it is. A remodeling/modernization of the rooms would be great. The attention of the staff is very good. Affordable prices. The hotel is well located, it is in front of the bus terminal. The parking lot is very wide, even 3.5 Ton trucks can fit. no problem. If I would go back again.
