★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio no hay agua caliente, camas muy duras, sábanas sucias, NO RECOMENDABLE!!
Lo único rescatable sería el estacionamiento.
 Terrible service, no hot water, very hard beds, dirty sheets, NOT RECOMMENDED !!
The only redeemable thing would be the parking lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me agradó este hotel, no hay agua caliente, lo reportas y te dicen que le dejes abierta a la llave, que ahorita te va a salir, me pudo muchisimo tirar tanta agua ?, más de media hora y nunca salió la caliente, los colchones duros, lo único bueno el estacionamiento cerrado ?!!!!
I did not like this hotel, there is no hot water, you report it and they tell you to leave the faucet open, that right now it will come out, I could throw so much water ?, more than half an hour and the hot never came out, the hard mattresses, the only good thing is the closed parking ? !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From arrival to departure, I was very well looked after. Room service was excellent and the team made the best of the travel restrictions in place. The room itself was cool, quiet, and peaceful, not to mention very clean and neat. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly! I would recommend.
