★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es limpio y tiene aire acondicionado, solo veo un problema y es la altura de las camas ya que son de base de cemento y si vas con niños pequeños, pueden caer de la cama y están muy altas.solo eso encontré de mal, todo lo demás perfecto.
 The place is clean and has air conditioning, I only see one problem and it is the height of the beds since they are made of cement and if you go with small children, they can fall out of the bed and they are very high. The only thing I found wrong, everything else perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desgraciadamente tienen una excelente ubicación pues es el único hotel que tiene frente a el la playa, sin embargo, las habitaciones están sumamente descuidadas.
1.- Alberca sucia
2.- Restaurante sin variedad de platillos
3.- Habitaciones con servicios que no sirven (contactos, aires acondicionados, espejos)
4.- No puedes comunicarte a recepción
Pero sobre todo cabe mencionar el precio que uno paga es al final por algo que está evaluado pero este no lo vale.
Deberían de hacer más mantenimiento constante, tiene potencial.
Si les dan la habitación 440 no sirven los contactos.
Unfortunately they have an excellent location as it is the only hotel that faces the beach, however, the rooms are extremely neglected.
1.- Dirty pool
2.- Restaurant without variety of dishes
3.- Rooms with services that do not work (contacts, air conditioners, mirrors)
4.- You cannot communicate with reception
But above all it is worth mentioning the price that one pays in the end for something that is evaluated but this is not worth it.
They should do more constant maintenance, it has potential.
If they give you room 440, contacts are useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place to stay in Tuxpan. The gardens are stunning, the pool is lovely. The staff are really kind and caring. The beach is easily accessible, clean and beautiful.
