N	Nadia Ferman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reservamos y el administrador dijo no saber del Depósito que hicimos para la reservación (según él, porque yo recuerdo haber hablado con el administrador), muy a fuerza nos dio una habitación diferente a la que reservamos (una para "10 personas" y más costosa, la cual lo dudo porque solo tenía 3 camas). Nos hizo esperar casi 2 horas para hacer check in porque la estaban limpiando. Al día siguiente nos llevamos la sorpresa que no había agua, salimos a disfrutar la playa y al regresar nos hicieron esperar nuevamente porque la estaban limpiando (lo cual lo dudo porque no dejaron papel sanitario y no cambiaron las toallas sucias, que por cierto solo nos dieron 2 y éramos 6 personas). Entre otras cosas como el estacionamiento que además de tener poco espacio no lo organizan bien, tan así que la segunda noche querían que lo estacionaramos fuera del hotel porque según ellos ya no había espacio. R	Rosa Maria Carmen Castillo Contreras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sólo aceptan efectivo, los colchones no están cómodos, podrían poner 2 jabones en lugar de 1, uno para manos y otro para bañarse, o bien colocar sobrecitos o envases pequeños de shampoo y gel de ducha (ya que no hay). El personal es muy amable, los chilaquiles ricos y bien servidos, quizá deberían servirlos con pollo. They only accept cash, the mattresses are not comfortable, they could put 2 soaps instead of 1, one for hands and one for bathing, or put sachets or small containers of shampoo and shower gel (since there are none). The staff is very friendly, the chilaquiles are rich and well served, perhaps they should be served with chicken.
