★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen hotel pero tampoco esperes encontrar grandes lujos aunque sí es recomendable, cómodo y acogedor. Justo en el centro de Mérida y cerca de varios establecimientos. A unas cuadras de la plaza grande y la ya famosa catedral. El precio es justo y es esencial para una escapada.
 Good hotel but do not expect to find great luxuries, although it is recommendable, comfortable and cozy. Right in the center of Merida and close to several establishments. A few blocks from the big square and the already famous cathedral. The price is fair and is essential for a break.

Las habitaciones son sumamente pequeñas y con acabados muy anticuados, cables por fuera de los muros que le dan un aspecto terible, el lavabo está a lado de la cama porque el baño es un mini espacio donde ni siquiera sirve la regadera, no caia casi nada de agua en mi habitación y los tres hilitos de agua que salieron era casi imposible de captarlos para poder bañarme, la cama es terrible y las almohadas ni se diga... si hablamos del exterior los barandales hasta rechinan de que se están cayendo, la alberca es tan pequeña que parece jacuzzi, todo el hotel es terrible.
Para nada lo recomiendo, ni para ir a dormir.

The rooms are extremely small and with very outdated finishes, cables outside the walls that give it a terrible appearance, the sink is next to the bed because the bathroom is a mini space where the shower does not even work, almost nothing fell. of water in my room and the three streams of water that came out was almost impossible to capture to be able to bathe, the bed is terrible and the pillows not to mention ... if we talk about the outside the railings even creak that they are falling, the Pool is so small it looks like a Jacuzzi, the whole hotel is terrible.
I don't recommend it at all, not even to go to sleep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡NO RESERVEN! Cero mantenimiento y atención. Las fotos que ven no son actuales. Yo reservé por Airbnb y la descripción fue que era para viajeros que buscaban ahorrar. Nunca vi a una persona encargada del "hotel". La alberca es pequeña y con agua sucia. Los colchones súper viejos, el baño espantoso, la limpieza superficial, la ventana y la puerta no cerraban bien (me sentí muy insegura), las toallas eran viejas y ninguna red de wifi funcionaba bien. Realmente por muy poco más dinero pueden encontrar hoteles de 2 estrellas, limpios y con mantenimiento.
DO NOT RESERVE! Zero maintenance and attention. The photos you see are not current. I booked through Airbnb and the description was that it was for travelers looking to save. I never saw a person in charge of the "hotel". The pool is small and with dirty water. Super old mattresses, horrible bathroom, superficial cleaning, window and door did not close properly (felt very unsafe), towels were old and no wifi network worked well. Really for very little more money you can find 2-star hotels, clean and with maintenance.
