Regular, the room is very poor, if you are looking for something cheap and fast (it is in front of the bus terminal) this is a good option.

Me quedé en planta baja y las personas de arriba llegaron en la madrugada con tacones borrachos y a vomitar. Entonces nos despertaron a mi y a mí familia. Pésimo hotel! Las camas son muy incómodas,de verdad si quieren descansar aquí no es buen lugar. The attention is good. But if you really want to rest, don't stay here. You hear all the noises from the other guests, literally everything! I stayed on the ground floor and the people upstairs came in the early morning with drunk heels and vomiting. Then they woke me and my family up. Terrible hotel! The beds are very uncomfortable, really if you want to rest here it is not a good place.
D	David García Miranda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues haré una opinión general los hoteles de Tlaxcala son muy malos pero cobran muy bien este hotel me costó $400 y en comparación con el palace de Puebla que me vale $345 nada que ver y así cuando gusten les recomiendo hoteles pero en verdad Tlaxcala muy malos y no se dija Santana ahí solo hay uno muy bueno y su precio para lo que te ofrece está bien se llama María Isabel Well, I will make a general opinion that the hotels in Tlaxcala are very bad but they charge very well this hotel cost me $400 and in comparison with the palace in Puebla which costs me $345 nothing to see and so whenever you like I recommend hotels but really Tlaxcala very bad and Don't mention Santana, there is only one very good one there and her price is good for what she offers you, her name is María Isabel
C	Cindy Ü on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los precios se alzan porque está enfrente de la terminal de autobuses, porque para lo anticuado que está debería estar mucho más barato, además que se escucha absolutamente todo de las demás habitaciones. La cama no fue muy cómoda pero para una o dos noches está bien. The prices go up because it is in front of the bus terminal, because for how old-fashioned it is it should be much cheaper, plus you can hear absolutely everything from the other rooms. The bed was not very comfortable but for one or two nights it is fine.
