 All very well, very close to the pier, shopping centers, restaurants. I liked the pool without so much chlorine.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues que les.comento amigos , es muy buen lugar para hospedarse , en verdad no me puedo quejar en cuanto a servicio de los empleados , hasta ahorita nos han tratado muy bien , son serviciales y amables , la alberca está en muy buen estado tiene un horario para salir de ella , 10:30 es la hora en que se apagan las luces, 10 minutos antes el empleado te pone sobre aviso que se apagaran las luces y que debes de salir de la alberca . Las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas , cuánto con los servicios necesarios , en verdad me siento muy agusto en el hotel . Lo recomiendo , así que le doy 5 estrellas.
Well, let me tell you friends, it is a very good place to stay, I really cannot complain about the service of the employees, until now they have treated us very well, they are helpful and friendly, the pool is in very good condition it has a time to leave it, 10:30 is the time that the lights go out, 10 minutes before the employee puts you on notice that the lights will go out and that you must leave the pool. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, how much with the necessary services, I really feel very comfortable in the hotel. I recommend it, so I give it 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked this hotel on bookings.com and was promised a Jr. Suite with a nice bathroom as in the photos. Upon arrived, we were welcomed by an extremely rude receptionist that told us that we were not eligible for the room that was booked due to the price listed and paid. I have never been treated so rudely by a hotel receptionist in my life. We ended up leaving, as we did not feel that we were respectected.
