A	Antonio Alcaraz Gonzalez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena instalaciones, limpieza y vista desde el 6o piso. Falta de controles y organización. Fuimos varios hermanos con hijos mayores. Un sobrino pago la reservación y le decían que no habían recibido el depósito 6 familiares llegaron a la una y no los dejaron pasar al lobby o restaurante sino hasta las 3:00 pm porque a esa hora es el check in. Una hermana pidió dos camas y le dan con una cama. A otro le dan una habitación ya ocupada. PFF. Al final todo se resolvió pero muestra una falta de capacitación, organización y conocimiento del hotel por parte de los s empleados. Good facilities, cleanliness and view from the 6th floor. El desayuno incluido de los fines de semana solo es café, jugo y un pan tostado, el resto tiene costo extra y no avisan. Nosotros salimos muy temprano del día sábado a dar la vuelta y pedimos por favor realizaran la limpieza de la habitación, y a las 20 hrs que regresamos no estaba lista, al igual que a otros huéspedes. La única solución que nos dieron fué darnos las toallas limpias y nada más. Y para terminar a la mañana siguiente nos enteramos que no tienen planta de luz y nos dejaron sin luz ni agua por casi 2 hrs. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast included on weekends is only coffee, juice and toast, the rest has an extra cost and they do not notify you. The only solution they gave us was to give us clean towels and nothing else. El Gimnasio lo abren hasta las 8 AM. El desayuno incluidos era café, pan tostado y fruta. No hicieron la limpieza de la habitación ni tendieron la cama. Nevertheless, during our stay, a group of teenagers belonging to a basketball team arrived. These youngsters on Sunday morning were making a lot of noise and woke us up. My recommendation to the hotel's manager is to isolate this kind of guest to a different floor from the regular guests so everyone can enjoy their stay.
