I made reservations for 15 rooms to spend the end of the year. A group of 47 people went to the hotel, so the hotel was only for my group, which offered me the terrace in exchange for a courtesy room and I accepted to be able to celebrate New Year; even the day before they tell me that it will not be possible because the manager or owner, or I don't know what it is because she said she was the owner, that she wouldn't provide it; He only gave us permission to be in the parking lot a very small place of 4 by 5 meters. Terrible attention I really do not recommend it we stayed 3 days and very badly, like the televisions could not be seen for the same reason that you do not have a network and they provide you with the password but at no time can you access. When we left, the lady asked me for an apology but... for what? if we were already leaving.
