No es paradero convencional, está adecuado para brindar a los clientes una atención personalizada ya que ofrece varios servicios: baño, restaurante e incluso hotel. El restaurante es muy bueno y con precios accesibles, ampliamente recomendado para visitarlo en familia (ambiente 100% familiar), ya que incluso, cuenta con área de juegos para los más pequeños de la casa. En cuanto a sabor tienen cocineras excelentes que hacen los platillos de la manera más tradicional posible y un sazón exquisito. Salsas y tortillas a mano. Consejo: para desayunar pidan chilaquiles rojos con aporreadillo, es sencillamente una delicia. Los precios en el restaurante van desde los $30 (aprox) hasta los $320 (en platillos para 2 o más personas, cómo los molcajetes). El acceso al hotel es por parte del restaurante y está ubicado en el segundo piso de la construcción. Tiene estacionamiento y acceso para silla de ruedas. Personal/empleados muy amables y atentos en todo momento a las necesidades del cliente. Cuenta con expedido de dulces regionales, así como otros productos de la localidad de Uruapan y alrededores como: nieves de Pátzcuaro, rompope, alegrías, mazapanes, cocadas, y un amplísimo etcétera. A pesar de que está en la entrada a la ciudad, se encuentra cerca de otros negocios de interés general como: enfrente de un motel, junto q una gasolinera, cerca de un hotel muy conocido en la ciudad, un balneario y fraccionamientos.
