Clean place! Our room was huge and clean!

Saw a few roaches at night

Was in town for business and stayed here for 4 days. Clean accomodations with friendly accomodating hotel staff. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Nice place to stay, friendly and smiling employees everywhere, very clean, great over-sized rooms, A/C worked perfectly, excellent food at the restaurant next to the large pool. Well managed property.

We travel a lot and don't require a lot of fancy bells and whistles, but this was a disaster from the beginning. The front office check in process took forever because no one seemed to know what they were doing. We finally get a room and for some reason we have to be personally taken to the room...ok, fine....weird, but whatever. We get to the room and the guy was like hold on, I don't think this room is ready and said he would be right back. We had to stand outside the room with all our luggage and my mother-in-law in a wheelchair needing to use the restroom for 20 minutes before he returned and took us in the same room, that was in fact, ready for us. Ok, weird again and aggravating but whatever, that's fine. The beds were super hard and not very comfortable, although the sheets were very nice. The internet was sketchy and only worked for a few minutes at a time. Our room (and maybe all of them) had a small kitchenette and small fridge that we kept a few drinks in. My husband opened a beer and spilled some so, he grabbed a towel from the bathroom to wipe it up. The towels are white, and the beer was a light tan color, so sure it left a spot on the towel. The next morning we go to check out and they tell us to wait while they go check our room....ok, weird but whatever. Then they want to charge us $20 for a towel because the beer won't come out…um, what? First, the towel can be bleached…it’s white. Second, beer does not stain. Third, it wasn’t a $20 towel when it was made. This is Mexico, $20 will by towels for all 70 rooms at the place! My husband told them he was not paying that much for a towel that will come clean with bleach (and probably even without bleach), so they start trying to negotiate the price! At this point we need to leave because we are heading to the airport to catch a flight home, so he said he would give $5 for the towel and they agree but then try to give him back less change and take more money from him! It would definitely be worth it to stay somewhere else, even if it is a little more expensive…although we paid a lot more than the prices they were advertising in the lobby.

The place looks absolutely nice. But the internet never worked at all! And also even though the people who woks there were all very nice, it happened that the person in charge (she looked like she was in charge of everyone else there) was not kind at all ???

It was good service. They have some water park included but didn’t get to use it.

Good price for room which includes Waterpark admission (great if traveling with kids). Breakfast is also typically included with room. It would be much more convenient if there was elevator access to the upper floors, not made for anyone who is traveling with heavy or a lot of luggage. But it does have a nice on-site pool, and the theme of the entire establishment is pretty cool.
