★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención y mal trato al huésped, no hay empatia. Se supone que es un hotel para uso de familiares de pacientes en su mayoría y, no son nada sensibles.
Terrible attention and bad treatment of the guest, there is no empathy. It is supposed to be a hotel for the use of relatives of patients mostly and they are not sensitive at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general me gustó el hotel, las recámaras son de tamaño ajustado pero bien acomodadas, está limpio y tranquilo, y la atención fue buena. Solo me gustaría que mejorarán las coladeras del baño ya que permiten la salida de olor desagradable.
In general I liked the hotel, the bedrooms are tight in size but well accommodated, it is clean and quiet, and the attention was good. I only wish they would improve the bathroom drains as they allow the unpleasant odor to escape.
