Nos tuvo más de dos horas esperando afuera del cuarto mientras probaba con un montón de llaves que no servían y dándole vuelta al problema. Fue necesario de mi parte solicitar ayuda en la estación de policía donde el sub comandante (muy cortés por cierto) mandó a unos oficiales a que se hicieran cargo de la situación. Fue necesario forzar la chapa. Al final lograron abrir la habitación con ayuda de un oficial de policía y no contentos con la grandísima molestia que nos hicieron pasar nos negaron el hospedaje a las 2 AM de la mañana (nos corrieron del hotel). D	DE LOS SANTOS E. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estaban bien pero están empeorando. No sirve su elevador desde hace 3 meses y tampoco ponen insumos de baño (o al menos a mí no me pusieron). Llevamos a una persona que no puede subir escaleras pero pensamos que no sería problema por el elevador y es hora que no lo arreglan. Estuvimos en el piso 5. They were fine but they're getting worse. Mis familiares fueron víctimas de extorsión y secuestro virtual, y todo empezó con una llamada en la recepción de este Hotel, mis preguntas son, como sabían que el estaba hospedado ahí? Como supieron los datos de mi familiar? Mi familiar recibió una llamada en el teléfono de la recepción y desde ahí empezó todo, una larga búsqueda de mis familiares en donde se encontraba una persona mayor y un menor de edad. Amenazas, dinero y más. Que seguridad da el hotel? Porque la llamada en recepción? Por supuesto que no recomiendo en hospedarte ahí, PONE EN RIESGO LA INTEGRIDAD FÍSICA Y MENTAL DE TUS HUESPDES. Preguntamos varios familiares por los que se hospedaron ahí y tardaron mucho para poder darnos acceso a cámaras, versiones distorsionadas.. Lamentable.
