★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La calidad del servicio ha bajado mucho. Climas de hace muchos años, televisiones de las viejitas, y las sobrecamas están muy desgastadas aparte que hasta las toallas igual se nota que son super viejas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un pésimo servicio no hay agua caliente, los baños huelen mal, los colchones son puros resortes, se trasmina el agua, el muchacho que se queda en la noche nunca sabe nada y te entrega las cosas de mala gana, la verdad no volvería a ese hotel muy mal servicio ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te cobran mas por pedir factura y al final no te la envían, el hotel necesita una remodelación, no hay agua caliente y los cuartos apestan a humedad.
They charge you more for asking for an invoice and in the end they don't send it to you, the hotel needs a remodel, there is no hot water and the rooms stink of humidity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Instalaciones en mal estado. Te rentan la habitación pero no te resuelven cuando necesitas ayuda, lo único que sirve es el Internet. Por que ni televisión tienen que si funcionen. Ofrecen aire acondicionado pero tampoco funciona.
Terrible service. Facilities in poor condition. They rent you the room but they do not solve you when you need help, the only thing that works is the Internet. Because neither television has to work. They offer air conditioning but it doesn't work either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un hotel totalmente descuidado, con poca higiene, baños con olor a drenaje y a cucaracha. En la noche que pasé, la energía eléctrica falló y estuvimos un buen rato soportando el calor tropical de Agua Dulce. Definitivamente no lo aconsejo para nada.
A totally neglected hotel, with poor hygiene, bathrooms smelling of drainage and cockroaches. On the night I spent, the electricity failed and we endured the tropical heat of Agua Dulce for a long time. I definitely do not advise it at all.
