Great hotel located near the historical center. My room was huge, with a nice bed, 2 sinks and a big mirror and aspacious bathroom. I would stay there again.

Honestly I stayed in this hotel for the holiday season (NYE) and it was pretty good. House keeping came everyday to clean our room. We received a bottle of water every day (no charge). Now don't get me wrong this IS a sex hotel. But, I never heard anything, there were other foreigners that were there too so I guess they didn't have room for those people who wanted a quickie lol. The only problem was WiFi since everyone was on it. It worked well majority of the time but there were times when it wasn't working as fast as expect. But I realized Mexico City doesn't have great WiFi in general (my opinion at least). Overall I would come back here.

Large rooms with a comfortable queen bed and 24/7 hot water. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel is near the Alameda and Reforma. Metro station Hidalgo is 5 minutes away. The staff is friendly and efficient.

This is not a hotel. This is more like a motel. It is very conveniently located close to the downtown area, but it also sits at the edge of a very bad neighborhood. At night it becomes a red light district (prostitutes everywhere) and quickly after 8PM it becomes dangerous to be out due to the high number of aggressive drunkards and homeless. I was approached and chased on multiple occasions (4) by either group. There is also a large amount of liter and trash everywhere. The hotel itself is very clean, but the rooms are drafty and the bathrooms give off a continuous sewage smell. I came with friends and two complained that the lights in their rooms didn’t turn on, their TV’s were also inoperative. The general staff is friendly and efficient, but complaints fell on deaf ears at the front desk who seemed unapologetic, unsympathetic and exasperated at having to deal with foreigners even though three of us spoke perfect Spanish. The beds are clean, but the matressses stiff and uncomfortable. At night the street outside the hotel is noisy which makes it hard to sleep and in the morning it seems to be a meeting point for an ambulance corp, filling the streets with truck noises, shouts and general din from as early as 7 AM. The complimentary WiFi is slow and seldom worked and the offered cable (for the TVs that worked) was all of ten channels. Overall I enjoyed very little about this place. The hotel did provide bottled water every day, but returning here every night after exploring the city filled me with trepidation. This place caters more towards the local populace and the sorrounding consumers of the red light district than to tourist, foreigners or travelers. I would absolutely NOT recommend it for families. If you’re planning to vacation in Mexico City, spend the extra money and stay some place else. It will be worth it.

The place is clean but old. No AC so you're totally dependent on the outside climate. Windows are designed to be cracked open all the time. Room key is bulky. Expensive hotel compared to nearby ones. Wifi did not work at all. Close to transportation. Big rooms. Mirrors on both ends of the bed. Not kid friendly area of town but safe for adults.
