★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio , aquí aplica de lo barato sale caro, no facturan al momento y si la pides te quieren cobrar un monto extra , además te la mandan después de 8 horas, por último te atienden 3 chavos que parecen sacados de una penal. Lástima por los dueños que no ven esos detalles . No vuelvo .

El inicio creí que era “aceptable” para pasar la noche, en 03 días no cambiaron ni sábanas no cobijas si no es porque les dije. El joven que atiende en la recepción de pésimo gusto, maleducado y grosero uno de lentes de barba. Hasta la que hace el aseo es grosera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ningún profesionalismo en la reservación. Reservamos dos habitaciones de 4 y solo nos dieron una para 3. La habitación no tenía sábanas ni toallas. El televisor funciona a duras penas. La única ventana al exterior no se podia cerrar. La puerta del baño no es completa, por lo que no hay mucha privacidad. Y finalmente la instalación del drenaje es tan mala que en las habitaciones inferiores se regresaron las aguas negras en las regaderas.
No professionalism in the reservation. We booked two rooms of 4 and they only gave one for 3. The room had no sheets or towels. The television works with difficulty. The only window to the outside could not be closed. The bathroom door is not complete, so there is not much privacy. And finally the installation of the drain is so bad that in the lower rooms the sewage was returned in the showers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nuestro cuarto sin ventanas tenía la regadera y el baño dentro del closet, las toallas eran 200% poli etileno,el ventilador era de una velocidad (la lenta) y solo había wifi en la sala, el colchón duro, rebotón y rechinador: poesía pura para salir a disfrutar y conocer la ciudad. 100% recomendable, clientes satisfechos.
Our windowless room had the shower and the bathroom inside the closet, the towels were 200% polyethylene, the fan was one speed (slow) and there was only Wi-Fi in the living room, the hard mattress, bouncy and squeaky: pure poetry to go out and enjoy and get to know the city. 100% recommended, satisfied customers.
