★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dicen que hay agua caliente pero es FALSO. No recomiendo este hotel; solo hay agua fría, la televisión no se puede ver y cuando la logras ver sólo hay 4 canales!, tienes que pedir cobijas, ganchos para tender tu ropa, etc. Hay muchos hoteles alrededor mejor vayan a otros. El recepcionista con música a todo volumen, no atiende al cliente, no se enfoca en su trabajo, etc. No hay buena atención. Sólo estuve una noche y mejor me cambié de hotel al otro día a primera hora.
 They say there is hot water but it is FALSE. I do not recommend this hotel; There is only cold water, television cannot be seen and when you can see it there are only 4 channels! You have to ask for blankets, hooks to hang your clothes, etc. There are many hotels around better go to others. The receptionist with loud music, does not serve the customer, does not focus on his work, etc. There is no good care. I only stayed one night and I better changed hotels the next day first thing in the morning.

Tuvimos que pedir cobijas, toallas, complementos de los muebles. Las camas sólo tienen las cabeceras de adorno volviéndolas ruidosas y algo peligrosas para niños. Dice que cuenta con TV de paga y sólo tiene 3 canales. Promete desayuno y sólo da un vaso de café. El segundo piso tiene mayor precio que el primero porque "tiene mejor vista". El agua es fría, sólo la primer persona del HOTEL que se bañe alcanzará agua caliente. El encargado dedicó su atención únicamente al teléfono. Lo único bueno es la limpieza.
TERRIBLE SERVICE
We had to ask for blankets, towels, furniture accessories. The beds only have decorative headboards making them noisy and somewhat dangerous for children. It says that it has pay TV and it only has 3 channels. He promises breakfast and only gives a glass of coffee. The second floor has a higher price than the first because "it has a better view." The water is cold, only the first person in the HOTEL who bathes will have hot water. The manager turned his attention solely to the phone. The only good thing is cleanliness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La relación calidad precio es muy buena. Ofrece habitaciones para 6 personas, además, se puede entrar al parqué Tephé caminando (200 mts aprox.). Económico y los artículos acuáticos que ofrece para venta, son a buen precio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente opcion si vas al parque acuatico y buscas un lugar donde quedarte. Excelente atencion por parte de la Srita. Karla y el personal del hotel, esta ubicado frente al parque y tienes lugares cercanos para comer al igual muy buenas recomendaciónes por parte del hotel..Los cuartos son muy comodos y limpios..Al igual el pequeño detalle de un pequeño desayuno (cafe, té, atole, tamales, sandwich) por parte del hotel..sin lugar a duda regresaria y mi familia le gusto mucho el lugar ✅?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El precio es justo de acuerdo a lo que ofrecen, el parque acuático tephe está frente a este hotel (no es la entrada principal, pero puedes pasar por ahí).
Agua caliente sin problema pero sin lucha presión, (en mi habitación la llave de agua fría en realidad era la caliente).
Tienen wi-fi y aunque no hay TV por cable puedes transmitir de tu celular a la TV sin problema.
Buena limpieza, amabilidad por parte de la recepción (srita. Karla), nos ofrecieron desayuno (atole, café y tamales) sin cargo extra.
The price is fair according to what they offer, the tephe water park is in front of this hotel (it is not the main entrance, but you can go through there).
Hot water no problem but no pressure struggle, (in my room the cold water faucet was actually the hot one).
They have wi-fi and although there is no cable TV you can transmit from your cell phone to the TV without a problem.
Good cleanliness, kindness on the part of the reception (Ms. Karla), they offered us breakfast (atole, coffee and tamales) at no extra charge.
