Terrible on these vacations, I was calling a week before to reserve, they gave me a number to make my reservation via whatsapp and they never answered, I called the reception again and they told me that I could arrive without any problem and I would have my room, ask if they accepted pets and they told me yes, even so I called again a day before going to confirm and they told me that they had availability without problem, in the end after hours of walking with my family and my pet I arrived at the hotel and they told me that there were no rooms (no people could be seen) they argued that they only had one woman cleaning, it bothered me a lot and they did not solve anything for me, the three women who were at reception with a face of I do not care I do not have a room, the worst thing is that I called other hotels and they were full, others did not accept pets, they heard that we had no other place to go and even so they did not make the slightest effort to help us, in the end I stayed at the Hotel Torre Molino, which is very contrary to this hotel, friendly, attentive and without problems they accepted my pet.

I arrived with my family at 1:00 p.m. on a Saturday, I asked for a double room and the lady at reception indicated that she could assign me a room until 3:00 p.m., that I could use the facilities while I was waiting and if not, I had the absolute freedom to go find another hotel. Your comment seems very unwise to me and I say, it is about not letting the client go, I think they need training and better treatment, as for the hotel, it is very nice but many things already need maintenance and remodeling.

I came to ask for the keys to the room and without any problem they gave it to me, when I went up to settle the unattended beds and with sand, the full garbage cans, the dirty bathroom and the wet towels, I will claim and they say in 10 minutes it is ready unapologetically they couldn't find the cleaning staff, it took about 20 minutes to locate her and almost 30 minutes to clean. The water in the pools is very dirty and the bathrooms smell horrible. There is no restaurant service and they gave us a wifi password which could never be connected and the television does not pick up any channel.

Wide spaces to walk, three pools to bathe and with access to the beach. It's a bit run down in general. They lack a good restaurant, children's play area the WiFi is bad. The parking area is very neglected, not a single tree to protect itself from the brutal sun. They lack an indication for the reception. It would be good to standardize the employees, signal the corresponding areas. In other times it must have been great.
