★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is really comfortable and the personal is well educated and always worried about the customers, I went to a meeting in the restaurant and the food was delicious and good price, also the location is a little bit far from where I live but its really close from the airport, in less words, the service was great and the order and clean its outstanding

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad place. People al front desk acts like they dont care about you need. Rooms are very small and you can ear the snoring at the next door. More cleaning is needed everywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is not good. I know it was really busy day but the way how they treat customer was terrible. I booked 3 rooms but there was only 2 rooms available. The room they gave me was occupied with other customer frat so I had to complain and get another room. On second day, there was not enough towels prepared.
They don't take responsibility and they blamed Expedia because I booked through them. But Expedia told me that all 3 rooms were secured.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good basic Hotel, Clean safe with a very good breakfast.
Again I say basic no pool no jacuzzi no bathtub a shower yes but it's simple.
The staff was wonderful they don't pick you up at the airport but Uber was super cheap and they did take me to the airport for my flight.
I asked about local food and getting some tacos add the driver said oh I'll take you there and off we went..
If you want basic I recommend it if you want something nice for a getaway weekend I would suggest trying another facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First impressions, front staff was very nice and welcoming, quickly got our keys and paperwork done, we even ended up paying a lot less than we expected! Very affordable, rooms are modern, nice, but carpet does smell. Breakfast is ehn. Free Parking. Restroom was very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello People, If you wants to get the best rate , it`s better to make your reservation over the phone.
At the front desk Rocio is fantastic and answer any question with good attitude.
The buffet is so good and fresh every day. They also delivery it to your room
on Sunday coordinated by Lety. Nice!, I love it because they let you feel that you are at home.
I already recommended to friends of mine in advance.
Thanks so much to the Mission express stuff.
