★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is awesome I asked for another room 'cause the bed was to hard for me and I got it; in fact they give me a little tour to choose the one that I like the only problem that I get was the Internet and because this was a bussibes trip it was unaceptable I couldn't work the second night

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is a must if you are staying at Pachuca city, excellent price and quality ratio, offer breakfast that is delicious, staff is super friendly and helpful, a few blocks away from downtown, definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice place to stay for mant days, breakfast is served early and everything is tasty. I especially loved the coffee. About its location If you ased me, downtown is just one block down so if I had chance to stay there again, definetely I will.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is big, modern and clean as well as the bathroom. It includes breakfast and the checkout is at 1 pm but you can extend it to 2 pm which is good. Highly recommended, also while not cheap, the price is fair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is closed. Booked 2 months ago and then wrote 4 days ago to say we would be arriving late after a long flight from Europe. Received a reply to say they expected us, but failed to mention they were closed. Arrived at 9.00pm to find the door boarded up.
Phoned a number and were told we could check in to another hotel in the chain, 3km away. We'd booked a city view room within easy walking distance of the square but were offered instead a windowless room in another hotel over 3km out. And by then it was too late to find another hotel. Unacceptable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel room was pretty large, clean, shower was great and had hot water. Breakfast was average but was expected. Staff cool too. Only stayed one night but would recommend. Close to central area
