★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to held a small expo or conference. The place is big enough for stands and displays while still keeping an intimate atmosphere. The gardens are gorgeous, and the saloons have the perfect size to held presentations without being too crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are big and clean, and the buildings are historical, however staff is not friendly and not oriented to hospitality service at all. Food is mediocre and drinks are really bad. Stay here only for the views Also the noise from the events reaches the room, so don't expect a silent night

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel. Wide place and big structure. The arquitecture is very colonial. Service is pretty good. Rooms always clean and tidy. My only gripe is that I found two dead cockroaches in the room (probably due to insecticide). Other than that, excellent hotel. Oh, the food's good too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Five stars for the property and restaurants, three stars for the room. Rooms are dated, no fridge, no full size ironing board, no clock radio, kind of musty smell at times.
But.... What a property! A beautiful pool, fabulous restaurants, great amenities and shops. My room had a private patio.
All in all, a wonderful place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel built inside an old hacienda. It has everything for a relaxing getaway, letting you completely disconnect from the world and just enjoy your stay. It has a spa, gym, restaurant and a pool, what more could you ask for?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious rooms. Good breakfast, a lot of fruits and custom made scrubled eggs. But coffee is terrible. There is pleasant swimming pool, that's cool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was enjoying the day at the pool. When Marisol the manager came up to us rude and abruptly demanding we purchase a different promotion they were having. I told her okay- but still waiting on the refund of the first promotion deal. Which they said they would do in 10mins and now 5 hrs have passed. I tried to make a complaint of her rudeness, but seem to fall to deaf ears. She was unapologetic and so was the other manager. So sad, since everyone else was nice and helpful. Plan to go to another hotel to enjoy the pool there instead of dealing with rude people while on vacation.
