Breathtaking setting for this huge complex of accommodations. Waterfall and stream run alongside and are prettily lit at night. Walk across the little bridge, turn left and enjoy a 15 minute walk to the next waterfall. Such potential. Disappointments... Check-in took at least 10 mins and we were 3rd in a queue of 3. Chalets were under-equipped. Just one mirror in the bathroom for four people. No fridge (a wine fridge was carried up steep stars for us). Despite cold conditions we needed to pay MX$100 for firewood and MX$100 for an alcohol based burner. No coffee or tea making facilities until we asked for a coffee machine to be trudged up the stairs. Internet was free but almost useless since most of the sites we needed were blocked. Such a lovely spot and such a high end hotel - more attention to detail would make it delightful.

Loved the place! Silent, away from noise all quiet and peaceful but close enough to all different sorts of venues. The food was amazing and well priced. Rooms were spacious and offered beautiful views of the scenery. Worth every penny! Can't wait to go back!

Very nice hotel. Beautiful location with a waterfall, forest, and river. Service is good, with helpful staff that light the chimney and take you from the lobby to the cabins. Offers some entertainment options, but not as many as I expected. Our 6 person room was nice but it had only one bathroom!

The hotel has a very nice view of a beautiful waterfall which you can enjoy while eating your breakfast/dinner. Our room was very large with a nice bed and good amenities... a little bit cold although you can get an electric heater for free from reception. Overall, we had a good experience and the only disappointment was the lack of selection at breakfast despite saying it was included in the price,;you can only choose the Americano - it would be 5/5 if there was a better selection here.

I made a reservation and cancelled within the specified timeframe. I never stayed here. For some reason, a month later I am being charged the full reservation. Called the hotel and they weren't able to give a response as to why they were charging this. I gave them the cancellation number and they ask me to "call back". I called the next day and again, no reason as to why they charged my credit card. I disputed the charge with my bank. Pretty bad customer service with regards to billing.

I read bad comments about the experience, and even though I decide to give it a try. I called three times to make a reservation, they answer the phone and hang out several times. Phone reservation is not an opción, even though it was not a bad experience.

Great place to have a great family time, it’s really relaxing and the staff is amazing and very attentive. Definitely will come back ?

Well let me start by saying the rooms that are " grand deluxe " are chalets based at the side of the hotel. The rooms are cold and moist. Above that the "included" breakfast was a total mood killer. We had to wait forever to get a table although we are clients who stayed the night! Absolutely annoying and unorganized hotel management!. It felt like they did not care about us at all. Tables were standing alone with food on top and we had to wait until the people that reserved them arrived. And we were actual hotel guests?! I will not be returning I am absolutely disappointed. Also the hotel and rooms are filled with desinfectant smell and it is unbearable. I wholeheartedly do not recommend this hotel. The only good thing about it is the river and waterfall. The pools are only heated to 30 degrees Celsius and the jacuzzis too. It is nothing that feels like a spa to me. You come here to freeze. It is Worth mentioning that the service is not at fault but the management behind it. Bummer...
