En el 2000, el primogénito de la familia Zapata fue quién tomó las riendas del negocio y si bien en un inicio siguió los pasos de su padre, poco a poco se fue abriendo paso con un liderazgo diferente, estandarizado y basado en los procesos que Hoteles Misión necesitaba.
Tenacidad, congruencia y amor por la familia son los ejes que rigen su vida. Para él, la consistencia y la creatividad son las claves para ofertar productos diferentes y competitivos en un mercado siempre cambiante y al que hay que ajustarse.
Roberto Zapata Llabrés nació y creció prácticamente inmerso en la industria y desde su juventud tuvo la oportunidad de vivir en carne propia el fascinante y estresante ritmo de su vocación pues ha sido quien ha experimentado los saltos cuánticos de la compañía: de 12 a 30, de 30 a 60 y la meta más próxima: de 60 a 100 hoteles en 2019.
Además de su puesto como Director General y Presidente del Consejo de Administración, ha participado de manera activa en diversas asociaciones como:

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place with amazing service. Breakfast not expensive and delicious. Parking it's free and on a safe zone. Rooms were extremely comfortable with nice clean beds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty top notch for that part of mexico the rooms are ready cool if you can figure out how to use the AC otherwise the rooms are pretty nice great views of the courtyard in the middle of a building if you stay there check out the breakfast buffet Pretty awesome at a reasonable price plus short walk to bus station if you traveling that way

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel interior looks very clean and elegant, too bad the same can't be said about the rooms, I had a chance to see 5 of them. Not all of them are well kept and each have their own small negative detail's, the one that I stayed in for 4 days, had a very bad lighting also some of the lights didn't work properly until we had to point it out to management. The bathroom wasn't im the best conditions either. The pool is nice and warm. This was probably my favorite part.
The service isn't great, they lied to us when we asked for kitchen services past 9pm. One time at breakfast we had to wait for over 40 minutes to get our food and they never brought the complete order, their excuse was that they we're low on staff. One day we actually got room service and the food was pretty disappointing, it felt like low quality frozen food reheated. What disappointed me even more was that the strawberry milkshake I asked for was just milk and strawberries blended.
Also I heard other customers complaining that the AC wasn't working on some other rooms.
Last but not least they almost froze some vaccines I was carrying around, I had asked them to keep them refrigerated and even explained what they were. Lucky for me the Thermos I had kept the temperature regulated.
Hard to recommend but they're are limited options near the Pachuca center.
