Hotel Mision Patzcuaro Centro Historico - 61600 Pátzcuaro

Great place to stay! It is very clean and the service is excellent! The beds are excellent to have a good night's sleep and the shower was great! Also had the complimentary breakfast and it was very good. Overall had an excellent stay at this hotel. I highly recommend it!

Well run hotel. Clean. Great staff. Great location. The room we had had a very small bathroom but the price paid was more than reasonable. Would have enjoyed dinner in the restaurant but we didn't see it. It was a real luxury just being able to park the car and walk everywhere.

I really liked this hotel. First off, it has parking under the structure so your vehicle is stored safely, but there aren't many parking spots so get in as soon as you can. The staff seem very willing to assist you in what you need. The building fits in perfectly with the Spanish colony style of the city and the inside is something you will rarely be able to experience. The room I stayed in was tiny but it has everything you need to basically stay the night (shower, bed, tv?), and I honestly couldn't have asked for more. There is a an eating area where you can have your breakfast, I didn't eat there but it looks like a really comfortable place to eat at. Finally, the hotel sits in the middle of the town, so once you walk outside, you are in the thick of this nice little busy town! It's worth it, trust me.

Hotel was very clean and just beautiful! Just how you see in the pictures. Unfortunately I paid for a 1 bedroom with 2 beds for 3 people 1 child but they charged me $800 pesos extra cause my 16 year old was considered adult. The next day we all go for breakfast but to my surprise even though they charged me for the minor and I had paid I had to pay extra for breakfast. They said we could just pay at the counter. We agreed and when we finished eating they charged us $340 pesos for the minors breakfast! The breakfast was only eggs beans and coffee ( For those that don't know 4 people could eat at a real restaurant for that price). The hotel is gorgeous but be cautious with the extra payments and please eat outside. PATZCUARO is beautiful and has so many authentic restaurants and food shops .

This hotel is great! The building and decor is absolutely beautiful. The walls are adorned with pieces of art and the wood accents of the building add a regal touch. There is not AC, as mentioned in previous reviews, but there are windows that connect to the main hall. We would usually leave these windows ajar while we're in the room to get some air flow going. The check in process was easy, just scan the QR code at their front desk and fill out a simple form. This hotel is located right in the center of Patzcuaro by Plaza Chicas. It is close to all the food and shops, very convenient! The main entry way are these two large wooden doors and they actually close them at night. They will open the door if people or cars need to come in but they are usually closed which provides a peace of mind in terms of safety at night. I recommend this hotel, it is a wonderful option in the town of Patzcuaro and you will have a warm and cozy stay.

They will accept small yippy irritating dogs but not large well-behaved ones

it’s very appealing to the eyes when u glance around but rude customer service, the guy up at the desk kept trying to charge us extra for no reason.They had bed bugs, I woke up w so many bites and I couldn’t even sleep because of how suffocating it was in the room.. the only thing good was the water pressure but even trying to turn off the water was very difficult. All I am saying is maybe try to spend your money somewhere else…
