About Hotel Misión San Miguel de Allende

•  Consejo Ciudadano

•  Club Skäl

Very nice place. Super friendly and helpful staff. More than I expected. Rooms are clean and updated, beautiful landscaping... definitely coming back someday. Highly recommend.

I visited for a family reunion. The place seems a bit far from downtown but the amenities n the quality of accommodations are great. Also it's not really far but traffic and conditions of terrain make it hard to walk to places or make up to 20 mins to downtown. It's very close to Mirador.

I love their parking lot I have an SUV extended and there is plenty of space the only downside that I see is that when I got to my room it only had a bath towel I had to ask for towels and for the same price in chihuahua ch the hotel include breakfast

Went for the hot spring. Hadn't been here before. Basically it was a large outdoor swimming pool with lukewarm water and a smaller round pool which was very slightly warmer. The attendant said that the pools had just been refilled. Water and facility was clean but lots of signs of construction. Too expensive. Like La Gruta much better

Hotel grounds are very nice. There's a pool, playground for kids, and a small mini golf course. Rooms are old, outdated, and DO NOT have air conditioning. They do have a small ceiling fan which is too small for the room. Given temperatures can reach mid 90s F, the rooms get very hot and uncomfortable. Staff is very attentive and courteous.

The rooms and restaurant is fine, but I can't give any more than two stars because working internet was never resolved and the location is a long walk from downtown with severe uphill and downhill walking

Very bad service, people at the front desk are not very helpful, restaurant staff even worse! No a/c in the rooms and it's incredibly hot, windows don't have screens so if you open the window, not only do bugs get in but anyone can crawl into your room. Sheets were very rough and stained. There are no phones in the rooms, which I think is a safety hazard, in case of an emergency, who has time to scan a QR code or text through Whatsapp. I emailed the "complaint" department a week ago, have not gotten any response.

Very noisy hotel (by guests) after the allowed time. There's no A/C in the room, you must leave the window open because it's too warm (zero safety). Really bad experience!
