Definitely I would not return to the Hotel, since I arrived they always treated me reluctantly, they sold me the hotel with which the pool had a boiler and when I asked to turn it on they told me that if I wanted to get in it had to be as it is, I found cockroaches in the room , they have hours for the kitchen and they do not respect it throughout the week of my stay we could not eat at the hotel, on the night of the 31st several hotel guests had parties in their rooms and in common areas, it was annoying since they did not respect the I use it and less to the other guests that we met, the night watchman did not even know what to do with these people and something that I realized is that if something happens at night the night watchman does not have the slightest knowledge of whom to talk to that causes me insecurity and when I left the hotel they did not even say goodbye or thanked me for my stay, as a conclusion, if you only want a place to sleep and visit the surrounding towns (as was my case) is perfect, for the cost it is very accessible, but if you ask me if I would return, no, I would not.

It was really a very beautiful experience, it is an extremely familiar place, everyone was very friendly, very clean, the food was very delicious, a delicious jerky, I honestly asked that they please open the pool early and always with great kindness they did it so I could swim from early and enjoy the rest of the day in other activities, all very, very kind I know that they give inclusive work because a super friendly deaf-mute Mr. supported us with his work washing the car and he is super happy. I went with my father in his 80s and they always treated him very well, I am very grateful to everyone.

My wife and I have traveled a lot. I can tell the difference between good and bad hotels. The Hotel Montana is simple, clean, nice, good sized rooms and above all cheap. ($500 for two people including a double bed and a single bed). Perhaps the problem is that it is a bit far from the center of Ixtapan, but by car it can be reached in less than 10 minutes at a leisurely speed. The advantage is that nearby spas can be reached more easily. I really recommend it. I will return every time I need lodging in Ixtapan.

The place is very familiar, the rooms are very clean, I loved the hot water in the pools! We were able to stay until 10pm, in addition to excellent service.
