HOTEL MONTE CALVARIO - 47000 San Juan de los Lagos

Very bad service. The rooms are in very bad condition. I touched room 305 and this is my experience. It has 3 beds with mattresses in poor condition, the pillow seems to have been filled with stones. You do not have a table, chair or furniture where you can place your things. You have to leave them on the floor. The television is modern, but there are only 4 channels and the signal is interrupted every time. All this would be the least but the worst of all is the bathroom. It is so small that you do not fit in addition to the bathing is flooded, the deposit of the rate takes approx. 15 min. In filling what makes it impossible to use the bathroom decently. The manager was told and all he said was. Horrible!!! I was hosted on Saturday May 29th. And I mention its deficiencies: 1.- It does not have a bureau in the middle of the beds in which to put your things. 2.- You do not have a mirror in the room. 3.- It only has one connection for light and hidden. 4.- You do not have a garbage can in the room. 5.- Horrible and dirty bed sheets. 6.- The bathroom and the shower had small cockroaches. 7.- They charge a deposit for giving you 2 towels that were very used. They charge a deposit for a TV control that had no batteries.- 8.- The walls lack paint, they are all scraped, inside the room. It is very noisy as cars are parked inside the hotel and washed. And I had a room that in the back, unloaded trucks of water or something else and made a tremendous noise. I'm definitely not going again, it's really creepy. From the ladies who serve you at the reception. quite rude and badly faced.

Very close to the Cathedral Basilica of Our Blessed Mother of San Juan de los Lagos, moderate prices and quite clean, good service.

Good Hotel, well located only the rooms a little neglected

It is a cozy place, with good customer service, parking and good rooms at a good price, as well as a good location to get to the center

It is a good hotel, very central with its own parking, the attention is unbeatable. It just needs maintenance.

My stay was very pleasant, apart from the economic cost, the staff was very friendly and attentive, the truth is, my family and I did return ?? very well ?
