★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SE ROBARON MI DEPOSITO $2000 les reservé con mucha anticipación y les cambie la fecha por lo que me dijeron que si, que les diera una fecha pero no se las di y ahora que quiero hacer efectivo esto me dicen que les cancele 2 veces y que no pueden hacer nada.
Si hubieran sido claros desde el principio sobre políticas de cancelación lo entendería pero nunca hablaron de nada de nada.
Mucho cuidado con su deshonestidad.
MY DEPOSIT $ 2000 WAS STOLEN I reserved them well in advance and changed the date so they told me yes, to give them a date but I did not give it to them and now that I want to make this effective they tell me to cancel them 2 times and not they can do nothing.
If they had been clear from the beginning about cancellation policies I would understand it but they never talked about anything at all.
Be very careful with your dishonesty.

It is a Great place, very clean with spacious rooms. The location is wonderful, right at the core of Monte de Caldera; a place with a lot of history, rich in traditions, beautiful landscapes and very welcome people
