★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros - location is good (but it can be loud), staff was nice. The room with double bed had a couch and desk.
Cons - outdated. The windows didnt seal well (broken) so noise from the busy streets came right through. AC was loud too. Bathrooms are small and the water in the shower changes temperatures constantly. A nightmare! Room has carpet. The blinds are not that effective so it gets somewhat bright.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place looks old and rundown, the room was ok for the price but way too small, water pressure not sufficient, and it was weird that you have to insert the key in order for the lights and AC to work...
Oh and take your own shampoo and conditioner the one at the hotel sucks.

Pros: courteous staff
Cons: everything else was sad and depressing.
-Wifi keeps disconnecting if you are in the bedroom, i had to go to the bathroom for it to work.
-Rooms are old, bedding is old, no power outlets next to the bed.
-Pillow cases are old and one had a blood stain.
-Gym is not available.
-Smoke alarm batteries needed replacement so constant beeping from room next door and two on the hallways.
-Cable TV horrible most channels didnt work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are big, clean and has microwave, minifridge and a locker too. The front desk also arranged a taxi for us when we had an early morning appointment. But the room service was not always readily available, probably due to COVID-19. However, I was satisfied with the overall service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lack of hygiene. Dirty smelly, good ubication but if you decide stay there take your own pillows and blankets and towels and a lot of Lysol and Clorox wipes.
And your own hair dryer. And shampoo and soap.
Onestly the owners at the hotel have to take care of all the place. As I already said is in a very good ubication and for that's what I give 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All I did was unlock door n room was dark I could see no pad to get electricity because I am partially blind Shut door n went back to front desk for refund n they said no I should’ve asked for help. This is very discriminatory against partially blind people. I paid to unlock a door
