★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not bike friendly. Doesn't allow to park your bike on any place. And the porter was mean and got angry just by asking where I could leave it. That tells a lot about the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently completed my stay in this hotel, after 5 days. I have not one compliant. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The TV and air conditioning all worked. We had occupied 4 rooms and not one person had an issue.
The gym and the pool are also great. There is great views from their rooftop as well. The location of this hotel is central to plenty of attractions. If not, an easy uber or taxi ride away. The wifi worked as promised. They offer van service to the airport as reasonable rates.
The breakfast bar is great, and also reasonably priced. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was reluctant to book this hotel after reading a blog about safety in the area. Let me tell you, I felt safe 100% of the time exploring the amazing city. The hotel is in a perfect location for seeing all the amazing historical sights, amazing food, and markets. Everything you need is right out the door. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We did a food tour/ historical tour and a day trip to Tequila and the largest fresh lake in Mexico. My Spanish skills are limited but was able to get around perfectly using Uber to explore other amazing areas like Zoppan.
Unfortunately, breakfast was not included but there were so many other food choices right out the steps of the hotel.
One last things to mention, it is a luxury historical hotel, however, the sewer system is very old and no matter where we stayed in Mexico I notice the scent. I just learned to keep the bathroom door shut. I hope you enjoy this amazing hotel and city.
