★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto, demasiado sucio, sus servicios a medias, huele muy mal y bastante caro para lo feisimo, de verdad muy mal, si por mí fuera ni una estrella le daba... Fatal!
I do not recommend it at all, too dirty, its services half, it smells very bad and quite expensive for the ugly, really very bad, if it were not even a star it would give it ... Fatal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malísimo, no nos regresaron el depósito del control de tv, no hay jabón ni shampoo, cobijas y camas de bajísima calidad. Carísimo para ser una habitación tan mala. Pd. Me tocó ver cómo chocan los carros en la calle.
Terrible, they did not return the deposit of the tv control, there is no soap or shampoo, blankets and beds of very low quality. Very expensive for such a bad room. P.S. I had to see how the cars collide in the street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está cercas de la catedral. El personal se portó amable. El elevador es pequeño pero funciona bien. Está limpio, una sugerencia en la parte del closet le falta luz y un tubo dónde colgar la ropa y en la regadera no hay donde poner el jabón. ?
It is close to the cathedral. The staff were friendly. The elevator is small but it works well. It is clean, a suggestion in the part of the closet lacks light and a tube where to hang the clothes and in the shower there is no where to put the soap. ?

Atención del personal excelente
Le hace falta un poco más de limpieza y es muy poco espacio de estacionamiento, me pareció justo el precio. Por lo que vi cuando te llevan los guías te cobran más el hospedaje

Good location (near the cathedral), room with good space (room 401, 3 beds)
Excellent staff attention
It needs a little more cleaning and there is very little parking space, the price seemed fair to me. From what I saw when the guides take you they charge you more for the lodging
With wifi, TV open channels
It is the first time that I go to San Juan but if I would return to this hotel
