★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenísimo el precio, céntrico a más no poder, está casi frente al zócalo del puerto, limpio, la atención fue buena y la estancia fue cómoda.
Me hubiera encantado ver la terraza pero, por pandemia, está cerrada :)
 Very good price, central as could be, it is almost in front of the port base, clean, the attention was good and the stay was comfortable.
I would have loved to see the terrace but, due to a pandemic, it is closed :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad a mi me gusto este hotel, dan 1 sabana para taparse pero estamos en veracruz, hace calor, tiene aire acondicionado, el valor del hotel es mas grande de lo que cobra por hospedaje. Si recomiendo este hotel, por su ubicacion, servicio y el cuarto que a mi me toco esta amplia como de 30 metros cuadrados.
The truth is that I liked this hotel, they give 1 sheet to cover up but we are in Veracruz, it is hot, it has air conditioning, the value of the hotel is greater than what it charges for lodging. I do recommend this hotel, because of its location, service and the room that I had was about 30 square meters wide.

The hotel is cheap, they accepted my pet without any problem, very central to the parish cafe, clean room, hot water, friendly staff, super good air conditioning ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tome fotos en esta ocasión pero vaya que vale la pena, esta céntrico, la atención del personal es excelente, el aire acondicionado es de calidad por lo que tienes un descanso bastante adecuado, 100% recomendado.
Do not take photos on this occasion but it is worth it, it is central, the attention of the staff is excellent, the air conditioning is of quality so you have a quite adequate rest, 100% recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Destacó bastante la atención de las recepcionistas de todos los turnos, matutino, vespertino y nocturno. Mis felicitaciones por muy buena disposición y excelente atención al cliente.
En cuanto al hotel, tiene excelente ubicación, con agua caliente y aire acondicionado funcionando sin problemas (hab 209), buena recepción de WiFi y variedad de canales por cable. Todo estuvo muy bien. La única observación fueron las camas, se sentían un poco duras, quizá cambiando los colchones por unos más suaves sería lo ideal y las almohadas. Pero se descansa bien y tranquilo. Sin ruidos incesantes.
The attention of the receptionists of all shifts, morning, evening and night, stood out. My congratulations for very good disposition and excellent customer service.
As for the hotel, it has an excellent location, with hot water and air conditioning working without problems (room 209), good WiFi reception and a variety of cable channels. All was very good. The only observation was the beds, they felt a bit hard, perhaps changing the mattresses for softer ones would be ideal and the pillows. But rest well and calm. No incessant noise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Close to the main square, (you can hear the music in the evening, four bands at once). I had a front room with balcony, bright and huge, but a bit noisy at daytime traffic. Reception is very friendly, they even give you a receipt without need to ask for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely staff and pet friendly. We stayed here about 10 days because we were waiting for a ship to arrive with our camper van. Our dog Coby had the best time cuddling with the staff.
