 One of the worst, bad service, bad attitude, bad room, while we were there cleaning, zero recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomendable, la atención es excelente y el personal muy amable, cuenta con restaurante la comida con muy buen sazón. Es muy limpio y tranquilo el lugar, con muy buena ubicación a la Plaza Museo, que además cuenta con locales y Cines (Cinépolis), Muy cerca del Hotel se encuentra el Museo de Antropología de Xalapa, El hospital está casi enfrente, a unos cuantos pasos hay Farmacias. Enfrente se encuentra la parada del camión Urbano que los lleva al Centro de la ciudad.
Recommended, the attention is excellent and the staff very friendly, it has a restaurant with very good seasoning food. The place is very clean and quiet, with a very good location to the Plaza Museo, which also has stores and Cinemas (Cinépolis), Very close to the Hotel is the Xalapa Museum of Anthropology, The hospital is almost opposite, a few steps there are Pharmacies. Opposite is the Urbano bus stop that takes you to the city center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, front desk agents are very friendly and helpful. Bed is hard (it wasn’t a problem for me), you get housekeeping, an ok free wifi (comes and goes), hot shower, cable Tv (not good selection). There’s a small restaurant, it has good deals, and delicious food, the more expensive combo is around $80 pesos (about $4 dollars). Unfortunately I didn’t took pictures, the ones uploaded by them are almost accurate, showers do look old. But if your looking to stay for a week in a cheap, safe, friendly hotel, this is the place for you. Check in is in the morning around 9 or 10ish and check out 12pm.
