The overall experience is great. I wouldn't not recommend this for anyone who's not here for the experience of the historical place itself. Although the service is good and the rooms are comfortable, this hotel lacks some overall sense of comfort for a holiday trip. I must say my main complaint is with the restaurant service, is just slow, the food on the other hand is good, some dishes even great.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Let's start with the staff. Every single interaction i had with them was incredible and they took the term "above and beyond" to another level. They were so attentive and helpful. The hotel itself was fabulous. Absolutely beautiful and in a great location to sightsee from. The rooms, while a little small, are a joy to be in. It really feels like you're in a different world. If you're looking for a hotel with a unique flare book here.

A beautiful hotel to stay in San Luis de Potosí, however is terribly noisy at nights. I don't know if this situation repeats night after night. According to other guests that were complaining this morning, there's no room to escape from such a nightmare. If your goal is to rest and have good sleep, maybe this is not the better place to stay.

a jewel of a building in downtown San Luis. this hotel is a very unique place put together by wealthy investors with a passion for collecting and displaying historic furniture. this creates an uncommon place to stay, and I think, very well worth a visit. The staff is amazingly friendly and make an effort to please. from the reception desk team, the bellmen , cleaning staff and food service, we found everyone friendly and willing to help. breakfast food is good. the interior decor is a hodgepodge of styles that could clash horribly, but somehow it works to create a special atmosphere. there are some museum-quality pieces of furniture and others much less so. At the end, the building itself is the main star in the show we stayed at the Miguel suite for three nights, which I think is the best room in the house. be aware that every room is different and some are quite small and others have no outside windows, so your experience may be very different depending on which room you stay in. our 4 day visit was wonderful and I would recommend it highly. the staff even was able to provide a charging station for my electric car. however there are a few things you would want to be aware of. 1 the noise at night. as the hotel is next to places that host weddings and events, there was a lot of noise some nights. even double glazed windows were not able to isolate the room. bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise at night. 2 on sunday mornings, the main hall is filled with piano music, which sounds great, except that the piano is an antique and horribly out of tune. which for me was a bit of a torture. all in all we are glad that San Luis can offer such a wonderful place.

it has a nice atmosphere, the people are friendly, specially Yereb, who is there to welcome guests with a smile. I wish they would tune up their lobby piano, it sounds terrible! And their dining room is not at all welcoming, maybe it would improve if they change the colors of the walls or change the lightning... the food is good.

I live in Dallas and I chosen this beautiful hotel for our anniversary, almost 6 months later I come back to SLP and called them to see if I forgot a pair of shoes and they had them! Excellent communication and so polite. The rooms are stunning. Bravo!

This hotel is a back to the past experience. Our room was very spacious and nice. The service is outstanding. Special thanks to Yered who was incredible. To be able to rest and have hyperbaric chamber therapy is a one in a kind. Thanks to the Drs. and special thanks to Genesis our nurse. The whole team, food and front desk were amazing! Very recommendable.

It was an incredible experience staying here. Jorge, Alejandra, Paquito and Pablo were incredible. The tour of the hotel was perfect. The hotel restaurant staff were incredibly attentive and the food was unique and delicious! The view from the rooftop was astounding! Every piece of furniture, every board every wall and ceiling were interesting. The room felt like we were royalty. The epitome of comfort and elegance. Everyone should stay here once in their lifetime!
